The contract to supply your oil and is between you and the oil company.  They (not us) deliver the oil and you pay them (not us) for the service.  When you place an order it is under the terms and conditions of the oil company fulfilling the order.

We act as your agent, we simply do what you tell us to do.  If you try to order 10,000 litres we will contact you to ask if you meant 1,000 but we cannot anticipate every error or be responsible for not spotting one.
