There are 2 cookies, small pieces of text, held on your computer.  They are automatically sent to us when you open our webpage.  One cookie contains a unique membership number to identify both you and your club so we can display the correct information on the webpage.  The second cookie holds a varying random number used to safeguard your account.  The two numbers have to tie up before the webpage will open.

The operating system of the server allocates you a temporary cookie known as a session cookie. It allows the server to handle several accounts at the same time without confusing them.   These session cookies are deleted when you close your internet connection.

If you delete all your cookies, use a different internet browser or a new computer, no cookies will be sent.  The server will assume you are a visitor and will display the visitor page.   You can access your account from the visitor page using the Member Login button giving your name and password.  This will also restore the two membership cookies.

As an added precaution all data is encoded before it is passed over the internet, hence the green padlock icon and the https:// prefix.  We deliberately avoid holding any sensitive information such as your bank or credit card details.

We do not share information with anyone other than the oil company fulfilling your order.
